Frock-wearing Irish comedian Brendan O'Carroll of the hit sitcom Mrs. Brown's Boys is bringing a live version of the show to New Zealand - but not until 2016.
The Good Mourning Mrs Brown stage show is due here in March 2016 and promoters won't be announcing full dates and venues until next month.
O'Caroll's recent tour of Australia sold out 48 arena dates and played to more than 265,000 fans.
Thousands of New Zealanders reportedly crossed the Tasman to see the show and after meeting so many Kiwis, O'Carroll decided he needed to include NZ on his return tour to Australia in 2016.
"And you know there are a lot of places I haven't been, and I'm dying to see, and people said I should go to New Zealand . . . so I'm going to New Zealand."
