The dance movie craze meets the 3D craze for the second time this year (after Streetdance 3D) in this superlatively generic offering that nevertheless ticks all the requisite boxes.
Blandly handsome brickhead Rick Malambri plays a young dancer/filmmaker struggling to keep his crew together for the big tournament while romancing the mysterious Natalie, played by former Home & Away star Sharni Vinson.
The plentiful dance scenes are undeniably compelling, but no film like this has any right to be 106 minutes long.
