Move over Jon Snow - Thrones has a new heartthrob

Jon Snow is old news, according to fans who say there's a new heartthrob raising temperatures in Westeros.

Since Game of Thrones' latest episode, the internet has been alight with admiration for Euron Greyjoy, the uncle of Yara and Theon who killed his own brother, countless others, and the guy who told his own niece: "Give your uncle a kiss" in the creepiest way possible.

Yes, the guy who looks like the long lost member of My Chemical Romance combined with Jack Sparrow if he were styled by the Kardashians in 2002.

Yet the internet, it seems, can't get enough:

We get it. The appeal of a "bad" guy is evidently undeniable.

There was even a surprisingly large group of people crushing on Ramsay Bolton - the series' most despicable character yet - and even Littlefinger has a small following.

Whatever it is, it's not going away any time soon, especially not when you match Euron's roguish good looks with his playful, flirty nature and the fact that he's spent a lot of his screen time ruthlessly mocking Jaime Lannister.

The actor who plays Euron has previously promised the character will make Ramsay Bolton look "like a little kid" - a bold claim considering Ramsay raped Sansa, tortured and castrated Theon and literally skinned people alive.

At least those attracted to Euron are a little bit confused about feeling that way.
