Gaga is the latest star to take part in the segment, following Britney Spears, One Direction, Adele, Selena Gomez and Mariah Carey.
Gaga's new album was named after her late aunt but she recently revealed the track Just Another Day was inspired by David Bowie.
She said: "It's probably the most New York-glam-pop song on the album.
"It's influenced by [David] Bowie and Marc Bolan [of T. Rex] and then maybe from some obscure London metal stuff, the Beatles. It also kind of comes from the electroclash movement from New York and that's kind of when I started coming up, was right after that."
Meanwhile, the Bad Romance hitmaker - who broke off her engagement to actor Taylor Kinney in July this year after five years of dating - admitted her split from The Other Woman actor inspired her album, but says it was also influenced by "all of the men" in her life.
Speaking previously, she said: "When you listen to the album, it's clear the influence that all the men in my life have made on this record. That's at the middle of it, as well: I always wanted to be a good girl. And Joanne was such a good girl.
"I'm figuring out all of those relationships in my life through the music, and going very deeply into it."
