Mos Def concert postponed

Mos Def's New Zealand concert has been postponed.

The Hip-Hop artist and occasional actor was scheduled to perform this Wednesday at Auckland's Powerstation, and his Australian dates have also been postponed.

"There has been an incredible amount of excitement around the concert and we understand that many fans will be disappointed by this news," the statement said.

An announcement for a rescheduled date is expected in the next week, and existing tickets are valid for the new date, or can be refunded at from the point of sale.
