Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury reportedly shared a New Year’s Eve kiss

Reports of a New Year’s Eve reunion have raised questions about whether influencer Molly-Mae Hague and boxer Tommy Fury have mended their relationship.

The celebrity couple who met on Britain’s Love Island reality TV show split last year, devastating fans.

Photos published by the British news outlets the Daily Mail and The Sun show the stars sharing a “passionate kiss” at a party hosted by Manchester United footballer Luke Shaw.

Speaking to The Sun, a source claimed the couple have had “some long, difficult conversations over the past few weeks and, finally, are in a great place” but that “Molly-Mae isn’t ready to launch into something officially yet. She has been very hurt in the past six months, and understandably feels pretty burned.”

The couple, who met on reality dating show Love Island UK in 2019, announced they were separating in August 2024 after five years together.

News of the split shocked fans of the couple and the show.

Though the cause of the break-up was not announced publicly, media and fans have repeatedly alleged Fury was unfaithful.

Hague has declined to comment on the cheating claims. “It’s not something I ever plan on doing or talking about,” she said in a video in August.

Hague and Fury welcomed their first child, daughter Bambi, in January 2023, and got engaged in Ibiza in July of the same year.

Hague is set to star in Amazon’s new Prime Video documentary series Behind It All and in the trailer, she speaks candidly about how “hurt” and “angry” she was after the couple split.

If the latest reports are confirmed and the couple is reconciling, it may not be the first time they’ve reunited.

Break-up rumours plagued the couple in November 2023 when Fury, months after proposing, was filmed partying with Chris Brown and several women in Abu Dhabi.

“Molly has made no secret of the fact she doesn’t like it when Tommy parties too hard,” a source told The Sun. “She has told Tommy it really has to stop now he’s a dad.”

Fans noticed Hague had stopped wearing her engagement ring - thought to be worth NZ$1.2 million - and the influencer revealed to followers that she was “going through it” and “things aren’t always going to be perfect” in a relationship. At the time people close to the couple denied they’d parted ways.

The first three episodes of Molly-Mae: Behind It All will be available on January 17 in New Zealand, followed by the remaining three episodes in autumn 2025.
