caught by the FBI

, internet reports say.

, 19, who repeatedly bragged that he'd managed to hack into the

Hannah Montana

star's email account and allegedly stole her

private photos

, was issued with a search warrant and raided by FBI in Murfreesboro, Tennessee earlier this week.

Last December, Holly got his geeky mitts on a series of snaps showing 15-year-old Cyrus posing provocatively, blowing kisses to a mirror and wearing a wet shirt in a shower (as you do) - pictures the Disney star purportedly sent to singer

Mr Hacker later leaked the piccies online and reportedly tried to flog them to a string of picture agencies.

Holly, who went by the screen names TrainReq, Rockz and h4x, had previously boasted that authorities would never find him.

reports that Holly's brazen boasting even extended to giving interviews to media who were keen to report his dastardly deeds.
