The My Week With Marilyn star also said she's hoping to land a guest gig on her pal Busy Philipps' show, Cougar Town.
"We've always talked about [me] wanting to go be on that show, too," she said. "It's just timing, because of LA and New York, and it hasn't happened!"
This isn't the first time Williams has piped up about a reunion. She told Ryan Seacrest back in November that she would agree "in a heartbeat" to a reunion episode.
"Yes! In a heartbeat I would go back," she said, while highlighting a glaring glitch.
"I would have to come back as a ghost though, because poor Jen Lindley died. But YES!," she said.

Van Der Beek, who played titular character Dawson, has also said he isn't opposed to the idea of a reunion.
"I mean, if somebody came up with a brilliant idea how to do it, why not?" he told Entertainment Weekly in March.
"I always love that Michelle is like, 'I definitely wanna do it! I'm in!' which is so easy for her to say because her character is dead," he added, "I always smile when I see that."
Katie Holmes, who played Joey Potter on the show, also said she'd be up for it.
"It would be fun," Holmes told Robin Roberts on Good Morning America in November. "I had so much fun working on that show and I loved everyone so much and I think about it with such fond memories."
As for Creek alum Joshua Jackson, he's not so keen on the idea.
"You can't do it because Michelle/Jen is dead," he told E! News this week. "What's the show without all of the main characters?"
When it was suggested that Williams' character could be resurrected by way of a "Bobby Ewing in Dallas" dream sequence, Jackson added: "I'm okay with that. We can start with Dawson in a shower. That would be funny."
Update: Van Der Beek addressed the Dawson's Creek reunion buzz on US TV yesterday.
"I feel like this is the number one question that we get asked," he told Live! With Kelly. "Nobody's producing it, nobody's writing it, it's just something that comes in press."
