Film-maker Michael Moore says Michigan's Traverse City Film Festival, which he established with local volunteers, will reopen a historic downtown movie house that has been closed since the mid-1990s.
The State Theatre, where generations of Traverse City residents saw the likes of Gone With the Wind and Mary Poppins on the big screen, will host independent, classic and foreign films.
