Former Spice Girl Melanie Brown has been announced as the newest judge on the Seven Network's series The X Factor.
Brown will join fellow international judge Ronan Keating and Guy Sebastian on the show, as they attempt to mentor the fame wannabes to victory.
She replaces Kyle Sandilands, who left the show after the first season amid accusations he wasn't fully committed to the program.
"I'm thrilled to be a part of The X Factor Australia," she said.
"I love Australia and can't wait to see all the amazing talent the country has to offer."
In a change to the rules, this year's X Factor competition is open to contestants aged 14 and under.
The fourth and final judge on the show, replacing Natalie Imbruglia, will be announced soon.
