Rapper Meek Mill faced a frosty reception as he hit the stage recently in Toronto, Canada, when he was booed over his repeated criticism of the city's hometown hero Drake.
The Ima Boss hitmaker, who is among the opening acts on girlfriend Nicki Minaj's The Pinkprint Tour, has been taking shots at Drake for the past week, after accusing his hip-hop rival of failing to write his own rhymes.
Drake, who featured on Mill's R.I.C.O. track on his latest album, Dreams Worth More Than Money, fired back at the claims in the lyrics of his new song, Charged Up, in which he rapped, "Done doing favours for people 'cause it ain't like I need the money I make off a feature /Cops are killing people with their arms up/And your main focus is tryin' to harm us?/And you think you 'bout to starve us?/Nah, I'm charged up."

Mill claimed he was unfazed by the song, and proceeded to take shots at Minaj's Young Money labelmate and frequent collaborator once more at a gig in Brooklyn, New York on Sunday, telling the audience, "Charged Up was very soft, baby lotion soft..."
