KEY POINTS:
Herald Rating: * * * *
Bailing out over occupied Europe, you decide where you land in the war zone and the airborne scenes are impressively realistic. The hammy GI Joe-style story sequences are actually worth sitting through, and the large arsenal at your disposal makes for some explosive action.
The missions are too short and too few, which will leave Medal of Honor veterans with too little to play with. No noticeable improvements in the artificial intelligence of enemy soldiers.
Game type: PC
Classification: M
Verdict: Once you're on the ground you're in familiar Medal of Honor territory, but the parachuting element and some slick graphics and compelling story telling secure its place in the World War II fighter canon.
