Mark Hamill says he was "blissfully unaware" that Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford were having an affair on the set of Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope.
The actress - who played Princess Leia - finally confirmed romance rumours that surrounded the pair when she published her memoir The Princess Diarist last month which details entries in her diary from 40 years ago and included writings on her three-month romance with Harrison when she was 18 and they were shooting the movie in London in 1976 and the then-33-year-old actor was married to Mary Marquardt.
Hamill - who portrayed would-be Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker - was close with both Carrie and Han Solo star Harrison but never noticed that they were anything more than just friends in a galaxy far, far away.
