As collaborations go, it screams of oddball. But when you think about it, eccentric actor Johnny Depp and macabre rocker Marilyn Manson teaming up on a cover of Carly Simon's 1972 hit You're So Vain isn't such a head-tilter. Ish.
Speaking about the collaboration, Manson told MTV News that the song will appear as a bonus track on his upcoming studio album, Born Villain, which is due to drop in May.
"We did a cover version together of a song which we thought was ironic for each other," Manson revealed.
"He played drums and lead guitar, and I played guitar and sang.
