Mariah Carey is reportedly being sued for sexual harassment and breach of contract by her former manager, who was once one of her closest friends and confidantes.
According to the Daily Mail, the singer's former manager Stella Bulochnikov has put Mariah's lawyers on notice that they plan to file a lawsuit against Mariah, 48, for breach of contract.
In the impending lawsuit TMZ reports that Bulochnikov also claims Mariah was "constantly naked in front of her", and the star's alleged nudity is termed "sexual harassment".
Mariah's camp strongly denied the claims, terming them "baseless".
