Mariah bares all for her 4.1 million Instagram fans

She has been known across her career for her titillating displays.

But Mariah Carey went one step further on Friday, stripping completely naked as she documented herself indulging in a bubble bath for her 4.1million Instagram followers, the Daily Mail reports.

The 46-year-old singer posed amidst the soapy bubbles in two snaps for her Instagram page.

Despite stripping off her clothes, Mariah did not strip herself of her trademark glamour - sporting a sparkling set of huge jewels on her neck, wrist and ears.

Exciting fans in more ways than one with the posts, the crooner then wrote: 'Just got home after a long night at the studio!!!!! New music coming soon yayyyyyy'

The We Belong Together singer sent fans into a frenzy earlier this week when she revealed new music was on the way, in an interview with Mario Lopez.

She told the host that she couldn't wait 'to get these new songs out and get on the road and reveal them.'

Also hinting at a what is set to be an explosive duet with The Weekend, the star remained coy, continuing: 'Well, it's not planned out but I know he's doing a lot right now, so we had a really good conversation... we'll see.'

Mariah's schedule is not set to calm down any time soon either.

Her new reality series - Mariah's World - is also set to premiere on E! on December 4th.

The pop diva revealed in a recent interview that her fans will not be disappointed by the access-all-areas show, which documents her Sweet Sweet Fantasy tour.

She told E!: 'We had to document this tour because I've never had something like this before.

'Honestly, I don't know what's going to be so surprising, but I don't think they have any idea what goes on behind the scenes of putting together a tour, particularly in this situation because we were doing this whole thing very quickly.'
