KEY POINTS:
Marilyn Manson's former keyboardist is suing the shock rocker for US$20 million (NZ$26.6 million) in shared profits.
Stephen Bier - stage name Madonna Wayne Gacy - says Manson deceived him by saying that the band was not making much money, but that Manson then used band money to buy a US$2 million home.
As well, Bier said, Manson bought expensive items that included Nazi paraphernalia and African masks made of human skin, and spent US$450,000 on his wedding to dancer Dita Von Teese, who has since filed for divorce.
Manson denies the allegations.
