has lashed out at his megastar big sister again, slamming her appearance at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday.

, flipping the lid on the star's sex life and alleging that she more or less treated her kid brother like a doormat.

The lady of perpetual promotion pursued all manner of legal ways to block the publication of the book, but failed. And the rest is history.

Ciccone was then unceremoniously cattle-prodded from Madge's inner-circle and the singer vowed never to make contact with him again, despite her father's pleas for a reconciliation.

However, Madge reportedly had a change of heart following her split from Cockney geezer ex-hubby

, offering an olive branch to her brother earlier this month.

The not so

Like a Virgin

star emailed her interior designer brother in a bid to try and repair the damage and open up lines of communication between them.

A snitch told the

Daily Mirror

: "Madonna did it more for her family than for herself. Her feud with Chris was creating huge tension within the family so she decided to be the bigger person."

Which, to be fair, is big of her, considering Ciccone's betrayal.

"At one point Madonna wanted all the family to cut off Chris - but her father wasn't willing. It's been a nightmare ever since. She's calmed down about the book and had time to think. She realises blood is thicker than water and has said she will meet with him this year in LA," added the snitch.

But you can kiss goodbye to any thoughts of a soft-focus reconciliation filled with unicorns and rainbows, folks. Ciccone junior is back to doing what he does best - making bitter, bitchy remarks about his famous sis.

Speaking to E! news about her appearance, Ciccone, no doubt still bitter about his sister's ongoing fame and success, launched into another venomous attack on her.

But he didn't stop there. He went on to take a stab at Madge's Brazilian hottie
