UPDATED: Madonna

's estranged husband

Guy Ritchie

had to call in the heavies on the set of his latest film after a deranged, knife-wielding Madonna fan reportedly threatened to stab him.

Sherlock Holmes

in Manchester, England was confronted by an unnamed 16-year-old boy, reportedly waving a 12-inch knife, who burst onto the set and shouted,

"Where's Guy? I'm going to kill him!"

Security guards wrestled the teenager to the ground, a snitch tells Britain's

Sunday Mirror

newspaper, as he screamed,

"I'm Madonna's biggest fan! I'm gonna kill Guy!"

The snitch adds: "The bloke was screaming about Guy and shouting, 'I love Madonna'. It was terrifying. At first it seemed like a sick joke but it was soon obvious the knifeman was not messing around."

"Luckily there were four security guards and two policemen who were able to overpower him.

"Guy was understandably upset, but carried on as if nothing had happened."

Reports say the teen was later arrested by cops. No comment as yet from Ritchie's spokesperson.

I'm your No 1 fan...

Ritchie, who announced his split from Madonna last month, has become a moving target for crazed Madonna fans of late.

Only last week

The Sun

reported how a Madge fan was booted out of Ritchie's London pub for hurling obscenities at the Cockney geezer and spouting over the couple's divorce.

Ritchie, 40, was out celebrating his father's 80th birthday at his pub when the fan waded in and started to cause trouble.

Staff called the cops after the man hurled taunts and accusations at the film director over the break-up of his marriage.

A witness told

The Sun

: "Guy was in the pub in good spirits and was laughing and joking over a pint. This bloke seemed to be on the lookout for trouble.

"He got a drink and started shouting about being a Madonna fan and ranting about the divorce. It was like he just wanted to draw attention to himself."

I guess Ritchie always knew he'd ultimately pay a high price for being Mr Madonna. And when it comes to their split, he'll always end up getting the fuzzy end of the lollipop...

Vis-à-vis the Ritchies' divorce. We all know where it's heading...it's the same script all over - with the all too familiar final act: Material Boy meets Material Girl, cue OTT showbiz wedding, raise rug rats, announce split, divorce, boy fleeces girl, girl finds love again in the arms of a certain New York Yankees slugger...

On the rocks?

Rumour has it that

Sienna Miller

and

Balthazar Getty

's relationship is definitely on the rocks.

Miller has reportedly decided to "take a break" from their sordid affair and digged her heels in over his apparent "lack of commitment to the relationship".

A snitch tells Britian's

MailOnline

: "Sienna is back in London to give them both some cooling-off time. They are still together at the moment but she has said things aren't good. There have been some pretty unpleasant rows, largely over Balthazar's reluctance to commit.

"She has really wanted to be able to step out as a couple but Balthazar is very torn over his children and it looks like

he might be wanting to go back to his family

Sienna is devastated

... Sienna is totally paranoid he is going to go back to his family. She feels very let down by Balthazar."

So what can we expect from
