Claiming her sexual relationship with Mel lasted seven years, the papers go on to slam recent claims that she fell pregnant with Belafonte's child.
According to the Daily Mail, the documents reportedly state: "At no point did Gilles and Belafonte engage in any sexual acts without Brown's knowledge or participation and at no point did Gilles and Belafonte represent to Brown that Gilles was pregnant with Belafonte's child."
Instead, she allegedly explains she had leaned on Mel for support after falling pregnant following a one-night stand in West Hollywood.
According to Lorraine, the singer had helped her through this case of abortion - which could not have been Stephen's child as she hadn't had sex for him for 'several months' before.
Worsening matters, the blonde then claims Mel portrayed her as a 'homewrecker, prostitute, and extortionist' in her pregnancy accusations - and had referred to Gilles as 'impudent, unscrupulous, and exploitative.'
Earlier this month, Mel had also claimed Lorraine was in control of a number of sex tapes belonging to the group - which the nanny goes on to staunchly deny.
Declaring she had no possession over such footage, Gilles then reportedly remarked that if the trio had embarked on group sex, it had been Mel herself who would film it.
The shocking accusations come during a difficult time for the former Scary Spice - who also received backlash from her ex Jimmy Gulzar this week, claiming she prevented him from seeing his daughter.
According to TMZ, her ex-husband claims Mel B gave Phoenix an ultimatum involving legalities in order to block him from seeing his daughter, as the singer held a 'grudge' against their relationship.
MailOnline have contacted representatives of Mel for comment.
