Lorde's hit song Royals has spent a fourth week on top the Billboard charts in America.
It gives the Kiwi singer the title of longest-run on top of the US charts by a female star this year, passing the three-week run by Pink's Just Give Me a Reason, Billboard reported.
But Lorde is still a long way from 2013's overall No. 1 record holder Robin Thicke, with his hit Blurred Lines spending 13 weeks at No. 1.
Royals, which recently won the APRA Silver Scroll Award, sits above Katy Perry's Roar at No. 2 and Miley Cyrus' Wrecking Ball at No. 3.
