Lorde will kick off her much-awaited New Zealand tour in Christchurch tonight.
The multiple Grammy winner is performing the first of four concerts in five days at Christchurch's Horncastle Arena tonight.
From there it's off to Dunedin, Wellington and Auckland for the rest of her shows.
While she has performedat the Laneway Festival and Vector Arena, and for an intimate crowd at Wellington's Mighty Mighty, this is her first tour of her home country.
Lorde is also up for 5 awards at the Vodafone New Zealand Music Awards, which will be held at Auckland's Vector Arena next month.
