Pop superstar Taylor Swift celebrated her 24th birthday with Kiwi songstress Lorde at a weekend garden party in Melbourne.
Swift took to Instagram to say the birthday was "the best I've ever had". Lorde, 17, featured in many of the snaps posted online, including one where she had her arms around Swift.
The two have been seen having lunch together in New York and Lorde attended Swift's Auckland concert last month. Their friendship followed controversy earlier in the year when Lorde said she would "never be like Taylor Swift" because she was so "flawless and so unattainable".
