Lorde has shared a playlist of her favourite songs for fans

If you ever wanted a glimpse into Lorde's musical mind, this might be your chance.

The Kiwi pop star has shared a new playlist on Spotify called Homemade Dynamite, named for a track from her upcoming album Melodrama.

The playlist is full of tracks that Lorde is vibing to at the moment and will be updated regularly as she discovers new tracks or goes on old tangents.

So far, the playlist boasts a mix of newer content including tracks from the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Future, and Childish Gambino, as well as older tunes like hits by Paul Simon, Nancy Sinatra and more.

Taking to Twitter to announce the playlist, Lorde wrote: "[I'm] always posting what I'm listening to on Twitter so I figured...why not make a playlist of bomb shit and update it throughout this cycle?"

It was posted at around 6am on Sunday and since then the playlist has gathered upward of 16,000 followers (at the time of writing).
