A judge says actress Lindsay Lohan needs to speed up her community service to make sure she meets a deadline to complete 480 hours within a year.
Lohan appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom on Thursday to update Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner on the progress of her probation in drink-driving and misdemeanor theft cases.
The actress has completed 33 hours at a shelter for women. She spent a month under house arrest.
The judge also warned she wouldn't give Lohan any additional time to complete the hours, even if she was working on a movie.
Lohan has completed one shoplifters anonymous class and is having trouble enrolling in court-ordered psychological counselling.
Lohan returns to court on October 19 to give Sautner another update.
