Lindsay Lohan's party-hard lifestyle has finally caught up with the young actress, who checked herself into rehab today.
Lohan's publicist Leslie Sloane Zelnik issued a statement to TMZ this morning announcing the 20-year-old's decision.
"I have made a proactive decision to take care of my personal health. I appreciate your well wishes and ask that you please respect my privacy at this time."
Last month, Lohan's mother Dinah told reporters her daughter had been attending AA meetings.
But the starlett has been seen out socialising fervently in recent weeks, despite undergoing surgery to have her appendix removed just two weeks ago.
