Lily-Rose Depp has revealed her friends were "locked inside" following the Paris terror attacks.
The 16-year-old actress - who is the daughter of Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp - is currently in France and left a party shortly before the attacks took place across the capital on Friday night, reportedly killing more than 120 people.
Posting a selfie on Instagram, she wrote: "This was right before I left the house tonight to go to a party where all my friends are still locked inside waiting for this to be over. I'm so lucky to have left when i did and to be home safe but I've never seen more panic in my life than on the streets on my way home. This kind of cruelty is heartbreaking. Sending love and prayers to everyone anywhere near this danger. Stay inside#prayforparis (sic)."
Reports from the city revealed numerous shootings and explosions had taken place, with fans at an Eagles of Death Metal concert being held hostage at the Bataclan venue.
More than 80 people were killed inside the Bataclan concert hall as gunmen opened fire during the performance. The musicians all survived without physical injury but a crew member who is originally from England died in the attack, a person close to the band told AFP.
