She will turn 30 on May 2 and Lily Allen is making the most of the last few weeks of her 20s.
The 29-year-old singer took to Instagram to show off her new watermelon-coloured locks as she indulged in "one last hurrah on the hair front" before her birthday.
Allen's picture shows the make-up free starlet with pink and neon green hair and was captioned: "Not long till I'm 30 , one last hurrah on the hair front. watermelon hurr dun care."
And Allen later showed it off as she popped out in West Hollywood for a spot of shopping.
The singer stopped by Fred Segal where she shopped at the Ron Herman boutique and left carrying one of the store's bags before driving off in her sporty red car.
She was clad in a cropped tie-dye vest, skinny jeans and black sandals with a backpack.
It was a low-key look for the starlet, apart from her "watermelon" hair.
Allen shielded her eyes from the bright LA sunshine with a pair of sunglasses.
This new hairstyle comes just a few weeks after Allen chopped her hair into a chic messy bob and dyed it bright blonde.
Last time Allen also unveiled her new 'do on Instagram, where she revealed her hairdresser Martyn Harper was responsible for the look.
She wrote: "@themartyharper just got me blonde."
She is not a stranger to experimenting with her hair and has had various different lengths and colours throughout her career, but this latest style might be her wackiest one yet.
Allen is currently in Los Angeles recording music, and is also thought to be house-hunting over there to relocate with her husband Sam Cooper and their daughters Ethel Mary and Marnie Rose.
She also recently toured the States, and also mingled with Hollywood's finest at pre and post-Oscars parties in mid-February, in honour of the most prestigious movie awards ceremony of them all.
Allen may also have another incentive to stay in California, as recent reports claim that she is in talks to star in the second Fifty Shades Of Grey movie.
The Daily Mirror reports that she recently met with director Sam Taylor-Johnson at Hollywood's Chateau Marmont, where it is said they chatted for 90 minutes about a possible role.
A source said: "They were definitely making some plans. They are friends, and move in the same circles in London, they're in that trendy set. Lily would be the perfect person to work on the next Fifty Shades movie."
