Lil' Wayne is reportedly being sued by his former lawyer for $375,000 (NZ$551,000).
According to XXL, the Lollipop hitmaker's ex-attorney Michael Kramer - who represented the US rapper in his attempts to be released from his Cash Money contract - filed a lawsuit against Wayne in the Manhattan federal court.
In the lawsuit, Kramer says that Wayne failed to pay $375,239 in legal fees after agreeing to fork out an initial $20,000 in July 2013 and then monthly bills.
The attorney claims he "made numerous attempts to resolve the dispute amicably. These attempts were ultimately unsuccessful."
The lawyer's company is alleged to have billed the 33-year-old rapper from November 2014 to October 2015 before eventually dropping him in September because of the reported debt.
