Odom, the estranged husband of reality star Khloe Kardashian, was transferred to Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center from a Las Vegas hospital last week.
Kardashian remained by her spouse's bedside throughout the ordeal, missing sister Kim's birthday and cancelling an upcoming book tour for her autobiography Strong Looks Better Naked.
She did however leave to attend a low key baby shower with her siblings to celebrate Kim Kardashian West's imminent arrival at the weekend.
Khloe started posting online again early this week announcing she's ready to update for her loyal fan base.
"Thank you dolls SO much for your patience while I needed some time off," she wrote on her website. "I'm excited to be back in the mix bringing you some awesome content. Your love and support has meant the world to me."
The star called off plans to divorce Lamar last week after initially filing papers in December, 2013.
According to recent reports Odom suffered 12 strokes early on in his medical emergency and has since undergone two emergency surgeries.
Doctors performed brain scans on the former basketball player and discovered he had suffered multiple strokes, which affected his ability to walk and talk, TMZ reported.
It is understood he will need months of physical therapy to recover and while his vital organs were not harmed, it's believed he has problems with his kidneys.
Several hospital staff were fired for allegedly trying to take photos of Odom as he fought for his life.
Some staff at Sunrise Hospital, Las Vegas also tried to access his medical records, TMZ reported.
Since returning to LA he has been under under 24/7 security.
It's not the first time hospital staff have breached a celebrity's privacy rights. It also happened to Kim Kardashian and Britney Spears and in each case workers were let go.
