Today's batch of the web's best links include new songs from Ladyhawke, Scribe and Die Antwoord, trailers for Project X and Jeff, Who Lives at Home, and Miley Cyrus covering a Bob Dylan song. Oh no she didn't.

1. "I was like a zombie." That's how Ladyhawke described her mental state after finishing up touring her first album a couple of years back. So we should be thankful we now have the first real taste of her follow-up, with the poppy single Black White and Blue hitting the web today. It's got a great guitar solo, a super-hummable chorus, and will stick in your brain for days. Job done, then. (via Twitter)

2. Why have Scribe's fingers been replaced by Freddy Krueger knives? Isn't he sweating under that leather jacket in the desert? And why does Scribble have to mention the word "balls" in his intro? 4. It looks like a cross between The Hangover and SuperBad. If Project X can get close to either of those two films, it should be a riot. 5. Here's a pop culture clash that probably shouldn't have happened: Disney is selling Mickey Mouse T-shirts inspired by Joy Division's Unknown Pleasures album art. Umm, righto. (Pitchfork)

6. Jason Segel and Susan Sarandon star in Jeff, Who Lives at Home, a new comedy from Jay and Mark Duplass (the dudes behind Cyrus). Looks, er, warped. (Apple)

7. Oh no she didn't. Oh yes she did - Miley Cyrus has done the unthinkable and covered a Bob Dylan song. She's recorded You're Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go for the album Chimes of Freedom: Songs of Bob Dylan Honoring 50 Years of Amnesty International. At least it's for charity. (Billboard)

8. Strippers, drug use and offensive language - needless to say, this video for hyped rapper A$AP Rocky's Wassup is most definitely NSFW. It's a great track from a great mixtape - let's hope we get a full-length album soon. (Pitchfork)

9. Here's a nice newbie from Kid Cudi and Chip tha Ripper called GloryUs. It's from Ripper's free mixtape Tell Ya Friends, and with an insane album cover like that, you should definitely check it out. (Twitter)
