She unforgettably wore a dress made out of raw meat for the 2010 Video Music Awards.
And during Carpool Karaoke, James Corden tried to recreate Lady Gaga's infamous look as he covered himself in lunch meat.
The 30-year-old looked repulsed at The Late Late Show host's look, which also featured her blonde wig with blue ends, from which he could be seen picking up a piece of meat for a snack.
The appearance came after Corden, 38, had asked which look from over the years was the performer's favorite.
She began speaking about an Alexander McQueen dress from the 2010 VMAs, but after noting that she had worn it the same night as her meat dress, Corden appeared sporting his own version of it.
"Good thing with this one is you've always got a snack," he joked, as he pulled a piece of meat from his ensemble, and ate it.
Lady Gaga immediately covered her face and looked away, clearly disgusted by Corden's look.
He then teased her: "If you can't take it, how do you think they felt at the VMAs?" though she ignored the comment and advised: "I really think you should take that off."

He also modeled her famous red, lace Alexander McQueen dress from the 2009 VMAs, and her police tape look from the Telephone video.
Gaga followed in the footsteps of Stevie Wonder, Justin Bieber and Britney Spears by joining the British chat show host in his regular celebrity singing feature.

During the 15-minute segment, Gaga shouted at traffic and pretends to take the phone call she received to play the Super Bowl.
She and Corden also sang Bad Romance, one of her huge chart-topping hits from 2009.
The pair also wore matching pink hats similar to the one worn in the album artwork for the singer's forthcoming album, Joanne.
Gaga has ramped up the promotion for Joanne over the past month. After releasing her first new solo single in three years, Perfect Illusion, the next track from the album, Million Reasons, was brought out online earlier this week.
Carpool Karaoke has been a triumph for Corden, who was a relative unknown to US audiences when he took over The Late, Late Show from former host Craig Ferguson.
The videos, which involve him driving around with a celebrity and singing along to their hits and well-known songs by other people, have featured a series of A-Listers and frequently achieve millions of views on YouTube.
