According to Rose, Kardashian "instigated the whole affair by calling, texting and sending racy photos of herself to Kanye."
She added: "She was sending pictures, and I was like, 'Kim, just stop. Don't be that person.'"
Rose said she wrote an email to Kardashian demanding an explanation, but was ignored.
"I thought at least she'd be woman enough to respond to me. She never responded," added Rose.
"It's very important that us women stick together and we don't f**k each other over like that."
Rose hinted that Kardashian may have driven a wedge between her and West during a November appearance on The Wendy Williams Show.
Asked if Kardashian and West hooked up back in 2010, she played it coy.
"I mean, come on, like you know," Rose laughed. "Come on! We'll keep it cute."

Rose was also temporarily linked to Bush after he split from Kardashian.

"I broke up with Kanye and [Reggie] broke up with Kim and we met right after we were both going through a hard time. So we were each other's rebounds.
"It was brief, it was nice, he was a great guy!"
But Rose, who is currently dating rapper Wiz Khalifa, says she isn't bitter about parting from West.
"I want to thank (Kardashian)," said Rose. "Because if she was never a homewrecker, then I never would have met Wiz, and I wouldn't be as happy as I am now."
Amber's gum-flapping comes amid recent reports that Kardashian and West were spotted cuddling at an LA party in December.
"Kanye was eating Kim up like she was a piece of cake," a source told the New York Daily News. "He was all over her, caressing her head, touching her waist. I think he was dying to kiss her, but there were too many people in the room."
So was there any fancy footwork going on between West and Kardashian?
Not on your Nelly, says one of the socialite's pals.
"This is NOT true," a source tells Gossip Cop. "Kanye and Kim have been friends for a very long time and they knew each other long before Amber was in the picture."

As for West, he let rip with an epic three-hour rant on the micro-blogging site - not about Rose's blabbing, mind you.
