It's a labour of love for Kim Kardashian.
The reality TV queen, 37, has been performing a balancing act in maintaining her brand and defending her husband Kanye West amid his latest cavalcade of controversy, including a purge of his inner circle and professional network - and a full-throated endorsement of President Donald Trump, complete with a red Make America Great Again cap.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star took to Twitter on Wednesday following a busy day in which Kanye put out dozens of tweets expressing his rash views on business, celebrity and politics, which the president himself acknowledged in a pair of tweets, the Daily Mail reports.
Kim defended the Famous singer in a tweet Wednesday, calling her spouse 'a free thinker' and biting back at those who have questioned the sanity of the Grammy-winner, less than a year-and-a-half after he was hospitalized in Los Angeles following a string of bizarre incidents.
"He's a free thinker, is that not allowed in America?' Kim wrote. 'Because some of his ideas differ from yours you have to throw in the mental health card? That's just not fair. He's actually out of the sunken place when he's being himself which is very expressive."
