5) The winner will be required to prove their identity by faxing, emailing or posting a copy of their New Zealand drivers license or passport to APN by 5pm, Thursday 24 May, 2012. If the winner fails to provide this they will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.
6) If the winner's kick is declared successful, the winner receives $10,000 deposited into their chosen bank account within 10 working days. If the kick is unsuccessful, the winner will receive $1,000 deposited into their chosen bank account within 10 working days. The winner must supply APN New Zealand Limited with a bank deposit slip prior to or on Saturday, May 26, 2012 in order to receive their prize.
7) The winner must not be a current or former professional or semi-professional football, soccer, rugby league or rugby union player, nor have played at College or Olympic level in the last five years.
8) APN reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry. APN will disqualify any person who tampers with the process or fails to comply with Clause 5.
9) The winner will be notified by phone.
10) The main prize must be redeemed on the evening of Saturday, May 26, 2012, and is unable to be transferred to another match.
11) The winner and his/her guest must abide by all instruction of the Blues Franchise and OddsOn Promotions while participating in the 'Kick for Cash' promotion.
12) All timings and requirements of the promotion are subject to change without notice.
13) All costs, charges and expenses, including, without limitation: transport to the event (whichever is applicable), accommodation, and food and drinks purchased are the sole responsibility of the winner.
14) If any part of a prize is not used, for any reason beyond the Promoters' control, no compensation will be awarded to the winner or to his/her guests.
15) Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Any attempt to sell or auction all or part of a prize will result in immediate cancellation of that prize.
16) If the main prize is not claimed on the day of the prize draw, APN will re-draw a new winner for the prize. APN's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The main prize is non-transferrable.
17) The Promoters are not liable for any loss, damage or injury (including without limitation indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person in connection with the promotion or any prize, except for any liability under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
18) APN reserves the right to vary these Terms or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.
19) Entries become the property of APN. In accordance with the Privacy Act 1993, APN collects and holds personal information to conduct the promotion, notify prize winners and verify prize winners' identities and the information may be used for future promotional activities. Individuals have rights to access and request correction of their personal information held by APN by calling 0800 100 888. Failure to provide all requested personal information might result in the relevant entry being invalid.
20) By accepting the main prize, the winner consents to the promoter using his/her details and photographs for promotional and media publicity purposes.
