Khloé Kardashian has cancelled her upcoming book tour.
The 31-year-old star is set to release her debut book, Strong Looks Better Naked, in which she shares her secrets for finding strength of body, mind, and heart, on November 3, 2015, but has axed all of her promotional appearances so she can remain by Lamar Odom's side in hospital in Los Angeles.
A source close to the Keeping Up with the Kardashians beauty told Entertainment Tonight: "Khloé hates to cancel or reschedule anything when it comes to work, but right now, her number one priority is getting Lamar back to good health. She won't leave his side and knows that is the most important place she needs to be right now. She is cancelling her press commitments for the time being."
Khloé, who called off her divorce from Lamar earlier this week as he recovers at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in West Hollywood after collapsing at a Nevada brothel last week following a drugs and alcohol binge, previously admitted her decision to end their marriage in December 2013 inspired her to adopt a healthier lifestyle and her new book allegedly goes into detail about his cheating and issues with drug abuse.
Meanwhile the former LA Lakers player reportedly suffered 12 strokes.
