Kelly Osbourne reportedly owes more than $30,000 in unpaid taxes.
Papers filed at a Los Angeles courthouse allege the 26-year-old TV presenter - daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon - owes $34,763.30 (NZ $46,130) to the state of California dating back to 2009.
If found guilty Kelly - who recently moved into a new apartment in Los Angeles - could face fines or jail time and may have to forfeit assets if she can't raise the money owed.
Although Kelly didn't respond directly to the claims, she appeared to rubbish the allegations when she took to twitter Sunday, writing: "im getting less & less resilient to all the bulls**t stories i keep reading about myself i do enough stupid s**t no need to make things up! (sic)"
Kelly is reportedly worth $15 million thanks to her role on E!'s Fashion Police show, Closer magazine column deal, acting projects and her new job as the spokesperson for Madonna's Material Girl clothing range.
Meanwhile, there was more bad news for the star on Saturday when her credit card was stolen.
She revealed on twitter: "Someone stole my credit card and rented a car with it. What a dumb a*s you need to show I.d to rent a car!!! (sic)"
