Ke$ha - who releases her second album Warrior on December 3 - said her close connection to her fans keeps her going despite the demands of her career.
When she gets down, she arranges to meet one of them to feel inspired again, she said.
"It's all for them. A lot of people have said my music helps them through something. I've heard some experiences of online bullying, or a break-up, or even just a work out. And I love hearing that. It all feels totally worth it."
