British model and TV personality Katie Price has announced she is to get married for the third time.

Price, 34, said builder and part-time stripper Kieran Hayler proposed over a Christmas dinner, UK newspaper The Sun reported on Sunday.

"When something feels right I just go for it", Price told the paper.

The mother-of-three, who has previously been married to Australian singer Peter Andre and cage fighter Alex Reid, split from Argentinian model Leandro Penna in October.

Price said her 25-year-old fiance "treats her like a princess" and is a "true gentleman".

"He is a normal guy, he works hard and the kids love him. It just feels right. I know what people will say about me because I've heard it all before.

"But life is short so when something feels right, I just go for it," she said.

The pair began tweeting pictures and messages to each other in recent weeks.

Hayler is reported to be a plasterer who works for a building firm and is also a part-time stripper who has appeared in EastEnders.

Price has two children, Junior, aged seven, and Princess, aged five, with ex-husband Andre, 39.

The pair met on reality TV show I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in 2005, but divorced in 2009.

She married Reid a year later in 2010 but split from the 36-year-old less than a year later.

Price also has a son, Harvey, aged 10, with ex-Manchester United striker Dwight Yorke.
