KEY POINTS:
Kate Moss has been treated to a holiday worth 100,000 pounds (NZ$260,000) by British billionaire Sir Philip Green to help her cope with her stressful lifestyle.
The supermodel rang friend Sir Philip Green - the owner of British high street store Topshop, for which Kate designs her own range of clothes - in tears saying she was exhausted, so Green is now flying her and boyfriend Jamie Hince to Spain for a luxury break.
A source said: "Kate called him and said she is feeling run down after too much travelling and is feeling down after losing out on contracts to younger models. She also said things between her and Jamie were strained because of his European tour with his band The Kills. Sir Philip is flying them out to Majorca for some much-needed pampering."
Earlier this month, Kate was dropped by Agent Provocateur for the second time.
The 34-year-old beauty lost her 500,000 pound deal with the sexy underwear brand to Alice Dellal, an unknown blonde socialite who is 14 years her junior.
It was not the first fashion snub for the British catwalk queen.
Naomi Campbell took her place for Yves Saint Laurent, while hot new model Agyness Deyn replaced her at Burberry.
