Kasabian's Tom Meighan thinks he'd write great Christmas Carols.
The singer says if he were to pen some festive tracks, they would have a traditional sound to them, in the style of 'White Christmas' hitmaker Bing Crosby.
He said: "They'd sound bloody good. They'd sound like Big Crosby, you know, old school, sitting around by the fire, ba-rum-pum-pum-pum. The Classics. Charles Dickens era."
Although Kasabian's songs are all penned by Serge Pizzorno, Tom has been writing himself, and hopes to one day record and release some of his solo tracks.
He told NME magazine: "I've got quite a few songs of my own now. I don't want to make too big a deal of it, but it would be nice to put something out between Kasabian records when I get the chance."
