Following a US news anchor's on-air rant where he refused to talk about the reality TV family, people around the world are gearing up for a Kardashian-free week.
US celebrity blogger Perez Hilton put out the call today on Twitter.
"To my fellow media: Can we take a Kardashian break? At least for a week? No Kardashian coverage this coming Mon-Fri? Will anyone join me???" he tweeted to his six million followers.
"This also includes all boyfriend/husbands/exes!" continued Hilton. "The Jenners are included. Obviously!"
Thus the #NoKardashiansForAWeek was born.
The news of the Kardashian boycott was welcomed by many on social media.
"Is this real life? Somebody pinch me. Best. Week. Ever," tweeted Chandler Korb.
"This is a dream come true for me! Please let's make this happen!" Anne @apcfixAnne tweeted.
