The happy couple was also papped together at the airport on Sunday.
The pair, first spotted together in January 2007, tied the knot in front of family and friends at the Borgo Egnazia resort in Puglia on Friday.
Wedding guests included rapper Timbaland, music manager Johnny Wright, 'N Sync alum Chris Kirkpatrick and Biel's 7th Heaven costar Beverley Mitchell.
Celebrations kicked off a few days before the vow-swap, with guests gathered for a casual beach party on Wednesday night, followed by a wine and cheese picnic on Thursday.
The bride and groom went to great lengths to keep their wedding location under wraps.
A source told Britain's The Sun: "Even the guests were kept in the dark about the location until the last minute.
"They were flown out from the States on Monday and landed in Frankfurt with no further instructions. They were then given an itinerary and tickets to the south of Italy. That was part of a ploy to keep fans confused about the final destination."
People.com first confirmed the news.
'IT WAS MAGICAL'
According to Timberlake, his wedding was nothing short of "magical".
"It was magical," Timberlake gushed to the mag, which will publish exclusive snaps from the top-secret nuptials on Wednesday. "It was an unforgettable evening."
Biel added: "It was a fantasy."
"It's great to be married," the newlyweds later said in a statement. "The ceremony was beautiful and it was so special to be surrounded by our family and friends."
The newlyweds sold their photos to People magazine for US$300,000, according to the New York Post.
"The usually publicity-shy couple have also struck a deal with OK! to sell the pictures of their nuptials in Europe," the website reports.
And word is Timberlake ramped up the romance at his wedding reception - he wooed his new bride with a memorable serenade, according to Us Weekly.
"Justin performed one song at the wedding," a source says. "It's a new one that he hasn't released yet. He dedicated it to Jessica."
Love is.
After five years of on-and-off dating, Timberlake popped the question with a custom-designed six carat diamond ring in Big Sky, Montana, in December.
Biel recently claimed to have little plans in place for the wedding.
"I've done almost nothing! I'm just enjoying being engaged. I do feel like there is a lot of time and nothing needs to be rushed. Everyone tells me that being engaged is the really special moment," she told the Chicago-Sun Times in August.
"Not that it gets bad when you get married. But being engaged is just absolutely amazing. You're in this romantic, ahhhhhh, breathless moment that I'm just trying to extend as long as possible."
Congratulations to the couple!
