Yeater, in an affidavit signed under penalty of perjury, claims she was 19 years old when she had sex with the singer backstage at one of his Los Angeles shows last year.
In California, the age of consent is 18, and Bieber would have been 16 when the alleged incident occurred.
Radar reports that in her affidavit, Yeater claims she was invited backstage by a security guard working for Bieber.
She claims in her lawsuit: "After waiting for a short period of time with several young women, Justin Bieber appeared and engaged me in conversation.
"Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone.
"I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time."
She alleges the encounter was "brief, lasting only approximately 30 seconds".
A court hearing is said to have been set for December 15.
A rep for the Canadian crooner, who is currently dating 19-year-old starlet Selena Gomez, has given short shrift to the woman's claims and her outrageous lawsuit.
"While we haven't yet seen THE LAWSUIT, it's sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory AND demonstrably false claims.
"We WILL VIGOROUSLY PURSUE all available legal remedies to DEFEND AND protect Justin against THESE ALLEGATIONS."
Star magazine has since published a photo of Yeater and the baby she alleges was fathered by Bieber.
The Baby singer himself has also indirectly addressed the scandal on Twitter.
"All the rumours ... the gossip ... Im gonna focus on the positives ... the music," he wrote on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, sources close to Bieber say the singer is "adamant he never had sexual relations with the woman", and insists her story is "completely made up".
Another source tells People: "The kid is never alone. There's always someone with him. He's never met this woman."
And while the pesky paternity shenanigans play out in the tabs, the boy wonder has had a chop up on top. Brace yourselves, Beliebers ... your tune-toting leader has changed his hairstyle yet again.
Bieber debuted his new mop (spiky, with short sides) during a commercial shoot in Los Angeles, reports People.
He also rocked the new look during an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, while dishing on his new Christmas album, Under the Mistletoe.
