A US reality TV star who shot to fame after spending US$100,000 (NZ$155,000) on cosmetic surgery so he could look more like Justin Bieber has been found dead.
Toby Sheldon's body was discovered in a San Fernando Valley, California motel on August 21, according to TMZ.com - three days after he was reported missing.
Law enforcement sources tell the website police found drugs in his motel room, but it's still not clear how he died.
Reports suggest his disappearance may have been triggered by a break-up with his boyfriend.
The 35-year-old appeared on the TV shows Botched and My Strange Addiction.
