Jennifer Aniston's new British boyfriend has been spotted having dinner with Victoria Beckham, a showbiz website reports.
Essex bricklayer-turned-model Paul Sculfor was seen with Beckham in the Saddle Ranch Chop House in West Hollywood at the weekend.
But a spokesman for the former Posh Spice said Sculfor, 36, dated Victoria's friend, make-up artist Maria-Louise Featherstone, when they were growing up in Essex. "He's just an ex-boyfriend of a friend."
Sculfor was seen leaving Aniston's home early on Sunday morning - sparking rumours they spent the night together.
Paul Sculfor left Aniston's Malibu property carrying a bottle of Smartwater, which the former Friends beauty is the official spokesperson for, according to the New York Post newspaper.
Jennifer and Paul, a former construction worker, were first spotted in public together enjoying a romantic candle-lit dinner three weekends ago at Santa Monica's One Pico restaurant in the Shutters Hotel.
However, a representative for the 38-year-old beauty said it was nothing serious.
The spokesperson said: "There is nothing to report. It is way too premature, and we are not going to start commenting on her personal life."
Despite her reported budding romance with Paul, friends of the actress believe Jennifer is just enjoying the dating scene.
One said: "I wouldn't say he is her boyfriend. Jen is dating a bunch of guys. She has met a few really great, nice guys. She is just seeing what's out there."
Jennifer has been single since splitting from Vince Vaughn last October. She was previously married to Brad Pitt who is now in a long-term relationship with Angelina Jolie.
