Jennifer Garner has a lot of feelings about the hit Broadway musical Hamilton.
Many of them seemed to surface in the immediate aftermath of a bout of dental surgery, as shown in a hilarious video the actor shared with her Instagram followers today.
The clip sees the Alias star, 45, in a car being driven home following a visit to the dentist, talking to an unnamed friend on speaker phone. Her speech slurred, Garner is clearly still feeling the effects of what she captioned "dental anaesthesia ... laughing gas + novocaine".
The result? A half-laughing, half-crying Garner recounting how hearing a song from the Hamilton soundtrack while she was in the dentist's chair just about made her lose her mind.
"They did the sad part of Hamilton ... I started crying, I couldn't stop. They said, are you OK? I said, it's so beautiful ... it's so beautiful," she enthuses, still moved by the music but also laughing at her own drug-induced stupor.
