"I really do think you're damned if you do and damned if you don't.
"You either are too fat -- 'Oh my God, she's gained weight, getting chubby, mid-40s spread!' -- or 'She's so skeletal, get some meat on her bones!' I've been on too-thin lists. I've been on what-happened-to-her lists."
Meanwhile, the former Friends star - who is engaged to Justin Theroux - recently revealed that she feels "pressured" to have children and thinks the criticism she's received is unfair.
She shared previously: "I don't like [the pressure] that people put on me, on women - that you've failed yourself as a female because you haven't procreated. I don't think it's fair.
"You may not have a child come out of your vagina, but that doesn't mean you aren't mothering - dogs, friends, friends' children.
"This continually is said about me: that I was so career-driven and focused on myself; that I don't want to be a mother, and how selfish that is."
