"Wrong again!" the rep said in an email to The Huffington Post. "It's just another fabrication!"
The rep also told Us Weekly: "How is it that one of the most photographed people in the world supposedly goes to Greece to check out a hotel she never heard of and is not spotted or photographed?"
The hotel's conference and events manager, Aliki Milona, also chimed that Aniston has never visited the hotel. "But she is very welcome here," she said.
Rumours that Aniston and her beau Theroux, 40, are set to wed also surfaced earlier this month.
"It's going to be a 'Big Fat Greek Wedding' for Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux," proclaimed the National Enquirer, claiming that the star's cousin, Antonis Anastassakis, dished all the details during a confab with a local TV station.
The mag didn't print any quotes from the alleged interview, but claimed that Aniston "has already invited her former Friends co-star Courteney Cox and new BFF Chelsea Handler to be co-maids of honour," adding, "She also wants to include Courteney's daughter Coco as a flower girl."
And, of course, it's no coincidence that the nuptial rumours should re-surface following news of her ex-hubby Brad Pitt's proposal to partner of seven years, Angelina Jolie.
"Yes, it's confirmed," said Pitt's spokeswoman Cynthia Pett-Dante of the engagement earlier this month. "It is a promise for the future and their kids are very happy. There's no date set at this time.
Aniston's reported take on the news?
"She doesn't care," a source told E! News. "She really doesn't. She's happy with Justin. She'll probably marry him. She's moved on. People don't want to believe it, but she has."
Another source told People.com: "Jen moved on a long time ago, and she is trying to just focus on her own happiness. Jen is not a bitter person and she has always wanted Brad to be happy."
So no wedding, but Aniston does have one wee celebration on the cards - her one-year anniversary with Theroux is coming up in May.
