Jennifer Aniston & Justin Theroux go public with romance

Jennifer Aniston

's being branded a 'home wrecker' as she strikes up a new relationship.

Hot new Hollywood couple Aniston and

Justin Theroux

met on the set of their new film

Wanderlust

last October.

The pair made their first public outing as a twosome at the beginning of June at an awards ceremony after-party in LA.

In recent weeks, the pair have been snapped enjoying a series of romantic dinners at various Hollywood haunts, and also spending weekends together.

And if the

matching rings

are anything to go by, it's game on for the fledgling romance.

But no Aniston romance is complete without a dollop of drama.

magazine claims that the former

Friends

star is "distressed" over fevered tongue wagging that she came between Theroux and his girlfriend of 14 years, costume designer

Heidi Bivens.

"Hearing that her new boyfriend might have still been in a relationship when she started seeing him was a shock," a source tells the mag. "Jen is very trusting, a lot of the time too trusting."

No here's the riddle: Was Aniston to blame for the end of Theroux's relationship with Bivens?

She wouldn't, would she?

Sources told the

New York Post

column Page Six last week that Bivens "is devastated" after Theroux "abruptly ended their relationship as he got close to Aniston."

The source added: "Heidi is heartbroken. She was completely blindsided. She and Justin had been together for years, they had a home. Then he met Jennifer and everything changed. At first he claimed he and Jen were friends."

And then Bivens moved out of the NYC home she shared for six years with Theroux.

Her rep told

: "Heidi and Justin have been together for 14 years. They met when she was 20 years old and he 24, and yes, she just moved out of their home last weekend. She has no comment."

But despite reports that Aniston was involved in a tabloid love triangle, a 'friend' of Theroux claimed, "Things were already over between him and Heidi before he got close to Jen."

Added an Aniston source: "Jen would never hook up with a guy who has a girlfriend."

But an on-set snitch tells

Us Weekly

otherwise.

"Jen went after him," says the source, claiming that the pair had "secret trysts" while filming the comedy

Wanderlust

.

"Jen wanted Justin and it didn't matter that he was already with someone."

And they went on, and on, and on: "Jen wanted Justin and it didn't matter that he was already with someone" and Bivens "didn't know Aniston was the catalyst" behind the split "until now."

Regardless, Aniston and Theroux aren't about to let some pesky conjecture pour scorn over their romance.

Theroux has been bragging

to his mates about how "amazing" Aniston is.

"He's at that place where he wants to settle down; he wants a wife and kids," said a pal. "And he doesn't have any doubt that Jen would be a good mom."

Lucky for him, Aniston is on the same hymn sheet: "I hope I've reached a point where I'm ready to enjoy being with a great man and having a family together," she says.

"That's always been my dream."
